By using this website or placing an order with Weed Delivery Surrey you agree to these terms.
1. Age requirement
You must be at least 19 years old to use this site and to order. Valid government photo ID must be shown to the driver on every delivery. Orders will not be released to anyone who cannot prove they are 19+, and no refund of delivery fees will be issued in that case.
2. Orders & pricing
All prices are in Canadian dollars. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders. The minimum order is $25. Quantity limits apply so that orders stay within BC’s 30-gram public possession limit (or equivalent).
3. Payment
We accept cash on delivery. Please have close to the exact amount ready for the driver. Orders that cannot be paid at the door are returned to the store and may affect future deliveries.
4. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. Someone 19+ must be present to receive the order; we cannot leave packages unattended. If no one is available after reasonable attempts to contact you, the order returns to us and a re-delivery fee may apply.
5. Promotions & coupons
Coupon codes cannot be combined unless stated, are limited to one per customer where indicated, and may be withdrawn at any time. Free gifts are subject to availability.
6. Responsible use
Cannabis affects everyone differently. Start low and go slow, do not drive or operate machinery after use, keep products away from children and pets, and consult a health professional if you are pregnant, nursing or taking medication.
7. Returns & refunds
See our Refund & Returns Policy.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
